Mapúa University Department of Science and Technology Scholars’ Association is an organization of the university’s DOST scholars. It emanates the spirit of unity towards moral, social, and intellectual betterment to pursue excellence through servant leadership, in upholding the virtues of Mapúa University and fulfill the ultimate goal of the DOST-SEI, that is excellence in the field of Science and Technology.
Mission
MU DOST SA aims to establish a safe space for DOST-SEI scholars of Mapúa University while fostering a sense of community, mutual respect, and intellectual development. We strive to establish meaningful connections among scholars through engaging activities, collaborative initiatives, and a strong sense of responsibility. By utilizing our combined talents, diverse perspectives, and the values instilled by the DOST-SEI, we strive to go beyond the confines of the organization, actively promoting scientific inquiry, and embodying the values of leadership, empathy, and innovation. Together, we embrace the privilege of being scholars of the nation and commit ourselves to having a lasting impact on both the academic community and society.
