Our Non-Teaching employees are empowered with LinkedIn Learning licenses, granting access to a diverse array of expert-led courses spanning business, technology, and creative disciplines. Employees are required to dedicate 4 hours each to Technical Courses—focusing on competencies and hard skills relevant to their current role—and Professional and Leadership Courses—developing soft skills and effective leadership abilities. In addition, employees must complete at least one course on Diversity & Inclusion, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
